Protection and processing of personal data

Due to the beginning of the application, on 25 May 2018, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), Printollo Sp. z o.o. Krakowska 24b, 34-730 Mszana Dolna, Poland, informs that as of 25 May 2018 you have the rights specified below related to the processing of your personal data by Printollo Sp. z o.o.

At the same time, pursuant to Article 13 GDPR, we inform that as of 25 May 2018 the following information and rules related to the processing of personal data will be valid.

  1. The controller of your personal data is the company Printollo Sp. z o.o. with the seat at Krakowska 24b, 34-730 Mszana Dolna.
  2. We may collect the following data through contact forms on the website and Meta Ads lead forms:
    - First and last name,
    - Company name,
    - Phone number,
    - E-mail address
    Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary for contact and the preparation of a commercial offer.
  3. The Printollo Sp. z o.o. company has appointed a contact person in matters related to the processing of personal data, who may be contacted at orders@printollo.eu
  4. Your personal data will be processed:
    1. In order to send you information and accounting documents in relation to the services rendered,
    2. In order to send information and marketing content to you, if you have agreed to it – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of Printollo Sp. z o.o. (Article 6(1)f GDPR); the Printollo Sp. z o.o. legitimate interest lies in sending marketing content to you during the period of providing services to you by email or post.
    3. For the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations imposed on Printollo Sp. z o.o. on the basis of generally applicable legal provisions, including tax and accounting regulations – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)c GDPR.
    4. For analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of Printollo Sp. z o.o. (Article 6(1)f GDPR); the legitimate interest of Sqadmed is the analysis of the results of its business activities.
    5. In order to implement the legitimate interest of Printollo Sp. z o.o. consisting in the possible determination or pursuit of claims or defence against claims – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of Sqadmed (Article 6(1)f GDPR).
    6. Data submitted via contact forms are stored in the Raynet CRM system and in Meta Ads advertising tools used for contact form management.
  5. The recipients of your personal data may be:
    1. IT systems, hosting and IT providers,
    2. Entities providing accounting services, debt collection, legal, analytical and marketing services to Printollo Sp. z o.o. ,
    3. Postal operators and couriers,
    4. Operators of electronic payment systems and banks in the field of payment processing,
    5. Authorities entitled to receive you personal data on the basis of legal provisions.
  6. Printollo Sp. z o.o. will not transfer personal data to third countries.
  7. Your personal data will be processed:
    1. In the case of personal data processed in order to conclude and perform sales contracts – for the time necessary to perform all obligations arising from sales contracts.
    2. In the case of personal data processed for the purpose of rendering electronic services to you – for the duration of the provision of electronic services to you.
    3. In the case of personal data processed for the purpose of Printollo Sp. z o.o. directing marketing content to you – until you object to the processing of personal data in this regard.
    4. In the case referred to in point (3)d) above – for the time of rendering electronic services to the State.
    5. In the case referred to in point (3)e above – until the end of the limitation period for claims. After this period, personal data will be processed only to the extent and for the time required by law, including accounting regulations.
  8. Your personal data will be subject to profiling.
  9. Any of the consents given may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. For evidence purposes, Printollo Sp. z o.o. asks you to withdraw consent in writing to the address (Krakowska 24b, 34-730 Mszana Dolna, Poland) or electronically at  orders@printollo.eu
  10. You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, submit a complaint to the supervisory body in the field of personal data protection.
  11. You have the right to transfer data, including the right to receive data and send it to another administrator or to request, if technically possible, to send this data directly to another administrator.
  12. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to provide services electronically to you or to conclude and perform sales contracts. The consequence of not providing personal data required by Printollo Sp. z o.o. is the inability to provide services electronically or conclude sales contracts.
  13. Each visitor to this website may be assigned a User-ID number within Google Analytics and Google adWords. Your data in this respect may be further processed by GOOGLE IRELAND LIMITED, Address: 1ST & 2ND FLOOR, GORDON HOUSE, BARROW STREET, DUBLIN 4.
  14. Printollo Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. The current version will be published on the website.

"COOKIES" POLICY

Consenting to the installation of cookies by the website during every visit could be cumbersome. Under the amendment to the Telecommunications Law, internet users may express consent through appropriate web browser settings. From the moment this information is provided, the decision to use the website without changing browser settings is treated as a conscious choice of the user.

The Website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's terminal equipment and are intended for using the Website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the terminal equipment, and a unique number. The entity placing cookies on the Website User's terminal equipment and accessing them is the operator of this Website.
