Brief information on how to do it

DTF (Direct To Film) printing - this is one of the latest technologies for creating high quality and durable prints on textiles.

DTF prints are an excellent alternative to other surface prints such as DTG, sublimation or flex film. It is used in low and medium run productions. DTF technology offers an incredible and wide range of possibilities for cheap and fast multi-colour thermal transfer prints. The process of creating DTF prints involves placing a graphic print on a specially designed foil. Then, the still wet printout is sprinkled with a special powder, which is simultaneously an adhesive primer and activator. The whole thing needs to be pre-dried. Printing in our company takes place on a specialised printer using professional inks. The next step is to apply the transfer using a thermal press on the fabric.
